The service processes information you submit, including names, dates of birth, profile details, chat content, reports, transaction information, IP address, and device information where needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Submitted content may be sent to configured AI providers and stored by the service when cloud features are used.
Depending on provider configuration, data may be processed outside Vietnam. Avoid placing passwords, API keys, financial account credentials, health records, or other unnecessary information in chats, reports, or feedback fields. API keys should be entered only in the dedicated provider configuration field.

The checkout screen displays the selected plan, price, and duration before payment. Detailed activation, invoice, cancellation, and refund conditions will be published after the operating entity confirms the applicable business policy.
